Bad idea

It has been some time since my last not on this person, but he is really out of order.

I have always said that if someone makes inconsistent statements, they are lying. This person so makes these statements all the time.

He says in one conversation this, "I sure messed up by talking about the early resignation program that Kaman has offered. I should have waited to talk to my boss." Then saying, "I should have gotten information about the program, so I could be better informed about the program with my employees." So I ask him, " You didn't get any information on the program?" He said that he didn't, so I asked him again. He confirmed that he didn't get anything.

The problem is, I had a conversation with one of his employees two days before about this. The employee told me that he saw the paper, and then proceeded to show me. This was a very detailed letter from corporate, and it was marked confidential. He showed me things in it, that could help with making a choice.

This is the kind of thing we live with at Kaman. They keep secrets, and short thing whenever they want to. I lost 3 days vacation, "LOST" because they say I took ten days of vacation in the last two week of the year, even though there was only seven days we could have worked. The thing is, after 33 years, we learn to except what we can control, and live with what we can't.
