Angry people

I do have a problem with someone that seems to think they can say anything, and change at to different company. Be really nice when nobody is around, and an ass to me when he is around others. They give the impression they know everything, and will force their opinion on you. Ass is all I can call them. I will need to research this and see what I can do to relieve the stress from al this.
