How can my company be so unfair about how they treat some, and reward others. I am so had it with them. We have people that don’t do anything, don’t follow the rules, and really try to undermined the company that will get rewards, and then some that work all the time to make money for the company that are forgot about. This is so off-set that I really need to consider what to do. I’ve been with this company for 35 years, and haven’t progressed any unless they needed someone that could work. Others that they seem to have an liking to can do the chit they want, things that I couldn’t get away with in my dreams. This company, “Kaman,” sucks beyond my imagination. Anyway. I need to go to work while listening to their shit some more. See ya, thats just how the world works.
